The opinion of our customers
There are many attestations of affection and esteem from our customers. In this section we would like to thank all those who wanted to demonstrate the respect and consideration that binds them to us even through writing.

Dear
Good evening,
I think there was a mistake... You didn't give me my bike back.. it's a different one.. it's obvious 🙂
However, I'd like to inform you that I'm keeping this one for now, I've already grown fond of the new Stelvio!
Jokes aside, I wanted to thank you all for the patience, professionalism, competence, courtesy and kindness shown to me. And thank you also for the two-wheel taxi service, in fact I'm sorry to have wasted your time... Read more
Returning to the Stelvio, I felt the difference from the first meters and in recent days I have had the opportunity to feel the improvements in an even more in-depth way.
I already knew you by name as a motorcycling enthusiast and it was a pleasure to "experience first-hand" the passion you put into your work.
There are workshops and workshops.
See you again in 10,000 km!
Thanks for everything.
Mike Stuart
Dear
last Saturday when I entered your dealership to have my motorbike checked, I was struck by the beauty of your shop, which I knew well.
In reality, there are more modern or more elegant ones, even though yours defends itself very well, but in no other dealership does one breathe such passion for motorbikes, Moto Guzzis, and for this reason people come there willingly and with confidence. Read more
Alongside the beautiful new motorbikes there is the Telaio Rosso, a beautiful V7 Special from the 70s, a delightful Galletto, and every now and then some new surprise pops up, personally I would pay a ticket to enter like a small museum.
You can feel that you know the motorbikes you sell, and even more so because you know their entire history. From you you don't just buy a beautiful mechanical object, but a little legend, you experience the passion for a brand.
If you travel, you do it in Guzzi: I happen to know sellers who themselves do not use the brand they sell; there is nothing more destructive: "he knows them and avoids them".
Beyond the somewhat romantic aspects, in this way you keep the value of a historic Italian brand high, you add value to it, and you guarantee better sales.
In short, it is no coincidence that the small community that revolves around your shop remains strictly faithful to the Guzzi brand: it would be a bit like betraying your family.
Motorcycles are not only bought on a rational basis, but also on an emotional basis; and the emotionality does not only come from communication campaigns, but from the rooting of communities of enthusiasts in the area; from the sense of belonging. You have to feel that there is something solid behind the advertising, otherwise a good campaign would be enough to create a great brand.
The intangible values of a brand are intangible, but they are very concrete and can have a very high monetary value.
At the first Harley rally in California in 1984, almost 400,000 Harley club members showed up within 28 hours; If they had to choose another bike, most of them wouldn't even consider a bike other than Harley.
Couldn't it be the same for Guzzi too?
In your own small way you have created an informal club, but very solid and very pleasant to attend; and I am also convinced that I am very loyal to a beautiful Italian brand.
Excuse me for these two lines that came to me spontaneously after my visit on Saturday, in your small way, keep the flag of a beautiful Italian brand high with passion and impeccable professionalism, congratulations and best wishes.
Best wishes,
Giuseppe Pumelli
It is with great pleasure that I accepted Claudio's request to write a short page on the history of his work, since I was almost the same age as one of his first customers, when in 1953, as was customary at the time, he began to frequent the workshop. Moto Guzzi dealership in Borgo della Posta.
It was a frequency that satisfied his desire to learn about motorbikes, without any remuneration, other than a small tip for inflating the tires of my bicycle. For the rest, his passion and desire to learn made him spend all his free hours helping the mechanics of the time. Read more
After only a year, thanks to tips and help from his father, he bought his first scooter with which he immediately won the first gymkhana he participated in.
In 1957 the long-awaited hiring and the first salaries took place, always invested in motorcycles.
His ability and his desire to learn soon made him appreciated not only by customers, but also by the owner of the workshop and in 1967 Claudio finally became a partner in the workshop where he trained.
His brilliant ideas and his deep affection for the Moto Guzzi brand gave rise to a good coexistence with the partner which lasted until 1985, the year in which the partner decided to sell his half share due to age limits.
The first step is the construction of a new workshop, still a Moto Guzzi dealership which sees, in addition to the most modern technological innovations, also the saving of all the jealously preserved old tools, so today the company also has complete equipment for the restoration of antique motorbikes (to be precise, every tool for all Guzzi engines from 1927 onwards).
But this is now an old story, even if fellow enthusiasts like me continue to have their pre-war Moto Guzzi maintained by our friend Claudio.
The workshop today, a large warehouse, represents a modern structure, with a large room for displaying new motorbikes (Guzzi of course) of which there is always the complete range on display. An equally large repair shop, complete with test bench, computer for fine-tuning and everything else needed, access to which is jealously forbidden, except for a few friends (including me) who occasionally manage to get in the nose.
The children, who also grew up in the environment, are a little less present, one involved in the supersport world championship and the other in the Italian one.
This does not mean they are less competent than their father, having spent all their free hours since primary school in the workshop to see and follow everything and still dedicate every free minute to it. Another department, which is always very difficult to access but, when you manage to get your nose into it, is extremely fascinating, is that of spare parts, where, not without considerable begging, it is possible to find parts for the most unexpected Moto Guzzis. and old ones, in addition to the usual spare parts for modern motorcycles.
I would like to say one last word for his wife, the nice Loredana, forced from the first days of marriage to have clients at home even on Saturdays and Sundays, forced to travel throughout Europe on a Moto Guzzi equipped with a sidecar to host the two children and excellent workshop administrator.
Even her figure, always smiling and serene, has certainly contributed to the growth and development of a modern and efficient structure which has the characteristic of "making customers come back".
Almost fifty years of frequenting the workshop, experiences also gained with other brands and other workshops, can only make me express praise for the activity of a friend, who has dedicated his life with passion, but also with extreme competence to the assistance from one of the most prestigious brands in the history of motorcycling.
But the story doesn't end here, as the workshop is increasingly alive and vital and I hope to be a customer for many more years

I have always been a Guzzi fan, since when I was sixteen I had a Stornello 125 Scrambler.
In 1991, coming to live in Parma, I became a customer of the Guareschi dealership and, after a period of motorcycle inactivity, since 2007 I have purchased four motorcycles from them.
In the Guareschi family I have always found, in addition to exquisite kindness, a great passion for the L'Aquila brand.
I can testify that they make sure they do their job in the best possible way and have, as an imperative, that the customer leaves the store satisfied. Read more
I am lucky to have my dealer a few kilometers from home because I know that there are many customers who, in order to have their motorbike taken care of here, take on journeys of hundreds of kilometres.
Finally, I remember the restoration work on the vintage motorbikes which alone are worth a visit to the shop.
My dream is to see a V7 Sport on display or, even better, the legendary Lodola Regolarità.
